Terrible Product, Customer Support and Feature Set
Terrible customer support. Dishonest feature set. They say you get unlimited edits for your logo, but actually, you get one shot at creating a logo with decent designs. Once you have that, the 'unlimited' edits part is a bunch of free, crappy icons, not nice designs. Support is slow and not knowledgeable. The experience using this product is more hassle and frustrating than it is worth. The Feature Set is very limited. You get Two Text spots. For rounded Logos, if your text is bigger or smaller than the sample, forget about fixing it and forget about getting them to fix it. No doing. If you saved your one chance to get it right and downloaded it to get feedback from others, and try to go back and edit it, forget about trying something new, can't do it! The system is a terrible UX, limited features, and awful customer support.
