Speaking with Calli in customer service and she was polite & resolved my issue with a coupon code that never expires yet it wouldn't work. Had contacted her through email & phone and recording said she was by herself yet remained polite and calm even though I wasn't exactly happy at first which im sure she could tell by the tone of my voice. I wasn't mean just a bit frustrated and didn't quite understand what she was trying to tell me. But Calli kept calm and remained polite and that meant she was very mature for her age. She issued me a new coupon code that worked and now im waiting for my order to arrive!
