I wanted to really test out i10x so I signed up for the Power Plus account. It took some time to learn how to effectively use i10x features like Agents and Knowledge bases, but generally I had things working well-enough for my current needs. Until I ran into i10x's "unlimited" use issue where suddenly and without warning I'm told "You have reached the weekly limit for advanced models. Please try again next week or use basic models." There is no unlimited use with i10x. Usage is constrained by their Fair Use Policy. Calling it unlimited is the typical decpetive semantics businesses use on us all the time and that, sadly, we've come to accept. The existence of limits with my "unlimited" plan, however, isn't my biggest gripe. It's that my productivity was halted without warning, without notice. Just stopped. Dead in the water. You'd think there would be some kind of caution for customers who are approaching the limit within their "unlimited" plans, wouldn't you? Nope. I get that they don't want to point out the negative fact that the customer is about to hit their limit on their "unlimited" plan. It's not a good look. I then tried to find where I could manually check on my usage so I could try to avoid hitting the limit and getting shut down. I couldn't find anything. Maybe it's there, somewhere. If it is, it should be made explicit and easy to find. So, now, whenever I'm working I don't know when I'll be shut down, and that is not something a paying customer wants to be thinking about when deep into a project.
