Terrible / Avoid
Terrible - Avoid. Toy arrived damaged (huge box with one sheet of paper so it moved around so much in transit it was damaged). Returned it for a replacement as instructed, then got an email saying I had been refunded (despite specifically asking for a replacement) and that the money would be with me in a few days. Now too late to get this item from somewhere else. Man on the phone was rude, unhelpful and pointless.
