This is a scam company with the following business address Room 4-03, No. 222, Huizhan Road, Fuming Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Am not surprised to see previous comments and similar remarks in other places on the internet. As long as they pay utube will allow anything to be sold on their site.
