Hit and miss, and exhausting to deal with!
I wish I could attach photos to this review. I purchased a range of items: stickers, personalised face stamp, standard text stamp and a pair of socks. While the stickers and socks were fine (stickers a lot smaller than expected, but ok), the personalised face stamp was extremely poor quality. It was not as described in the advertising. Also, the two stamps were jammed into "gift boxes" in a way that was just ridiculous! Both "gift boxes" were torn as they were obviously too small for the stamps. Again, fine, not the worst thing in the world. However, the personalised face stamp that was unsatisfactory and did not meet the description and quality indicated in the advertising... For one, the shipment arrived too late for me to give the gift of the personalised stamp, and I still have not given it as it is not good quality and I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift. Secondly, when I called on their "Satisfaction guaranteed" policy and asked for a partial refund of the dodgy face stamp, I was sucked into an endless exchange of emails. It was like haggling with a bot: 5, 10, 15, 20% was offered, until they changed tack and started forcing a replacement stamp on me. I did not want a replacement: how would it be any different from the first one?! We are up to email number 15. As a previous review stated, might have to wait till email number 37 for my simple and reasonable request to be actioned in a timely and professional manner.
