Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible , bad communication, bad bad team , sending different, cheaper version of what's advertised for half the price paid , promising refund and then pretend it's not there , and 4+ months for delivery .
Sending emails for over three weeks without a single reply now , they will post a generic reply here saying (please contact us) which they never respond to.
My order # is 115067 , I know you will not check my emails or contact me , and post the same stupid response you post for everyone else.
I'm waiting and WILL update here on what happens

Huge scam , crappy team and company
Comment edited on July 10th : I've been emailing the website almost on daily basis since July 1st , no one is replying , and no one will, every single positive review here is fake , I can bet you that.
Comment edited on July 13th , company posted a reply to my complain here , which happens to be the same reply they posted to each complain.
Guess what? Still sending them emails on daily basis , still no response , anyone believing these fake positive reviews is , quite frankly , a moron .
Huge scam , all positive reviews here are affiliate and fake accounts to push the rating up ,easy to spot them , especially with the (installation) part.
Back to my order , ordered 2 wireless earbuds worth 50$ each , received over 4 months later , my continuous requests for a refund were ignored even after it got approved (I have the email) , team communication is a joke , and what's more , I received a completely different earbuds set from what I ordered , and the ones I received were selling for 25$ a pair on Amazon.
No one is replying to my emails with the complaint (of course) and if you're ok with receiving different, cheaper items after 4+ months , then be my guest
