1 Jun 2020 - Order placed for Starck frame with prescription glasses. Prescription confirmed on the same day. 5 Jun 2020 - Asked to get valid prescription from local partner optician 6 Jun 2020 - Submitted valid prescription from local partner optician. Weekly order status "preparing for delivery" 26 Jun 2020 - Asked to indicate date of birth on prescription and provided on the same day. 4 Jul 2020 - Reply from Service Manager. 10 Jul 2020 - Item shipped. 17 Jul 2020 - Received item finally. Item found to be is genuine and correct as per order. Arise Collective Clarity 8K 1.67 lenses has slight yellowish tint in comparison with a completely transparent plastic frame. Inspected frame closely and found 2 slight blemishes. 18 Jul 2020 - Customer service manager offered solutions promptly. 21 Jul 2020 - Issue resolved. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase. Patience required for long delivery though.
