Im only given 1 star because I can’t…

Im only given 1 star because I can’t add a minus one. So for 3 months I have been back and forth with this company for a refund for an item I have not received. They are offering less than what I paid and then sent me some terms and conditions which are a load of rubbish and does not say anywhere they limit a refund. The customer service is rubbish. I have gone to a solicitor and trading standards who deal with foreign company’s for principle. The solicitors will claim all the costs back and more. They are a joke. Please don’t buy from these people. They are robbers without masks. I wish I had looked at trust pilot reviews before I purchased. Order things with extreme care and caution.

If I could give a minus figure I would

If I could give a minus figure I would. None delivery of goods. No refund as they say it’s the couriers fault. I don’t employ the courier. Been on at this for 9 weeks and they refuse to refund all they say is they have lost out too. I’m now dealing with trading standards who deal with foreign suppliers. I will write a damning review every week on every social media platform. Don’t order from here unless you want to pay for something you don’t get. I have 30 plus emails back and forth. Rubbish customer service.
