Slow boat from China
I ordered a light mid July, my grandaughter was really excited as the colour matched her room. I paid to have it shipped and it said 12 days. Well I received it on 18th September. 2 months after I ordered it! I tried to cancel it mid August however they said it had been shipped! It took over a month to get to me! Now I know what they mean about slow boat to China! The positive is that they did reply to my e mails unlike Wish.com but they wouldn't let me cancel it and kept telling me to be patient. They have made it difficult to return saying that I will have to pay and I asked for a gesture of goodwill as I now have an expensive light that I cant use! My grandaughter quite rightly didnt want to wait as her room was all newly decorated without a lampshade. I will wait to see if I get the £30 they agreed on. Companies like this and Wish.com shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK. Whilst I fully understand the current panademic it is blamed for poor customer service. I will almost certainly read reviews and find out more about sites that are not known to me. I have learnt my lesson twice so far this year!
