I bought a IVEM5048 from a german Dealer, because in the past i had trouble with TAX and other at the german customs. I need it as change for a broken one from other manufacture. Felicity write on Homepage that they send from China. I used PIP5048 befor and read out via RS232 and send commands to it to control. This 5048 are not response to me, no documentation about Softwareusing is out, no Answer from the Support, only that i send a english question because i wrote it in german. Google Translate?!? After there no reaktion. Inverter works and has a nice feeling at Display, looks good, but no support for buyer who need a fast new Inverter and buy ist from local dealer.
