I ordered a doll and when I received the item I requested a return because the clothes the doll came with were over-sized. I tried multiple times via their website and app to start the return, but due to their technical issues it would not load pictures for me to send. I eventually had to send an email instead. When they started the return, they categorized it as 'a return for personal reasons'. I would not categorize an item "not as described" as a personal reason. Then they proceeded to only offer me a 30% return on the cost because "personal reasons for a return are only accepted within 7 days.
