Edit: I just got an email about being VIP when I did NOT sign up for that!! So many people are getting charged for that when we did not sign up! Be extra careful they aren't screwing you over!! I ordered from here a couple of years ago and it was great so I chose to do it for Valentine's Day this year. Big mistake! I ordered Feb 1. I got an email on the 3rd it was shipped. However, UPS didn't have the item for a while. I contacted Adore Me multiple times because I paid extra to have it for Valentine's Day. It had said the latest I'd get it was the 14th, and it finally arrived on the 18th. It's not fair for people to pay extra and not get their order on time, and the copy and paste responses they're doing to people on here is ridiculous. You screwed up, UPS didn't even have my package for days! It's a shame because the items are nice but I'll never order again from here because of the awful customer service and lack of care. It's not right to not even refund the extra money I spent on shipping, way to make your customers feel important!
