Failed to work and no refund possible
I bought the software and took 3-4 days to run a scan, then tried to recover the files, which did not work. The chat person looked at everything on my drives and computer and said it was a bad hard drive and for $399 they could recover it. The website says the software recovers all types of issues, including skipping bad sectors. The chat person said mine was not recoverable due to bad sectors and reading issues (the team viewer screen was not saved, so cannot remember the exact technical terms. What i would like to see on the website is honesty about the fact that the software cannot recover everything. Instead the glowing reports say it can and lists everything from viruses to hard drive crashes and says it can recover. The chat person said since the it was a hard drive problem and not a software problem i could not get a refund. I thought i was purchasing software to fix a broken hard drive. Just be honest with your sales picht, please. thanks.
