NB tk_jersey seller on Dhgate. Not Dhgate as a whole
Please be aware this is about the Seller tk_jersey in particular and not dhgate in general. So I bought an NBA jersey from the same seller as the last item I bought was great quality and arrived pretty quick. This time however a completely different experience. it took a month to deliver which is one thing. That maybe can't be helped . However when the jersey arrived the name and numbers on it were hot pressed on and not embroidered like my last jersey. Same price but much worse quality. Then when I mentioned this in a message to them I was told they randomly decide if it will be embroidered or hot pressed if not specified. This is completely ridiculous as firstly nowhere does it mention you need to specify this and secondly who would ask for hot pressed which is of lesser quality and will not last as long as embroidered, especially at the exact same price. I'm actually very angry about this and their response about having to specify is absolutely ridiculous. That is them taking absolutely no responsibility. Please please don't use this seller. They are all friendly and nice when you buy but then any issue it's all oh friend this and that without any real resolution of their mistakes.
