STAY AWAY. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place cares about one thing only money. Your pet’s wellbeing isn’t even on their radar. Whether your animal is sick or even dies, all they care about is making sure they get paid for their wellness plan. I had my dog with them for nine years. When I called to tell them he had passed, they didn’t offer a single word of sympathy. No “sorry for your loss,” nothing. Instead, they immediately told me I still had to finish out my contract and launched into how much they had “spent.” It was cold, insensitive, and honestly disgusting. Their care is subpar at best, and I would never recommend trusting them with any animal. Everything is about pushing their products medications, food, whatever they can profit from rather than what’s actually best for your pet. Do yourself and your pet a favor: go anywhere else.
