I have to honestly say I'm positively surprised by the customer care level. They honored the warranty free of charge, and customer care went above and beyond for my satisfaction. I'm a customer based in Spain, so I can only speak about the Spanish service here. I'd say the after-sales service was a level higher than Amazon's. Actually, I prefer to buy from the DJI shop rather than Amazon because of the level of trust they built with me. I rarely write positive reviews, so that says it all.
