I ordered my product on Dec. 7th
I ordered my product on Dec. 7th but never received a confirmation in my email. I do have a confirmation number; I have also ordered from Grand Kitchen before so I'm hoping they're not putting the screws to me. The product I ordered was a Christmas gift. Doesn't look like it'll be happening. I'm of the mind to ask my credit card company to consider this a scam.
