Terrible service, correct order didn’t arrive and no refund
I ordered 2 pairs of pink joggers costing £44. I received a parcel with 2 pairs of blue jeans and no receipt so I didn’t know it was from them as I have not ordered any jeans. They look like they are used as the material is really thin and they are really old fashioned. There was a QR code sticker but I didn’t want to risk scanning it incase it was a scam so I took the code off and threw the packaging away. I then put the jeans aside for the charity shop confused about where they come from. After my Oder from Fonddaisy had not arrived I emailed them and they sent a postage confirmation that I had received a parcel. I realised then that the parcel with the jeans must have been from them, especially as they asked for the QR code and packaging. I have been explaining I dont have the packaging now. I have been emailing for weeks and not getting anywhere. There was a label with Chinese writing on which I sent a photo of but that didn’t help. I don’t know what the label says. All I know is that I spent my money ordering 2 pairs of pink joggers and NOT 2 pairs of really poor quality (possibly used) blue jeans that are not even in my size and now they are not giving my money back because they said they have proof a package was delivered to me. What a scam! Never ever buy from this company. Judging by the quality of the jeans I can’t imagine the joggers would be decent quality. Really unhappy customer, £44 out of pocket.
