Absolutely useless.
Absolutely useless. I purchased an auto heat press from this company, and aesthetically, it looks great, but it really is style over substance. The pressure is not good enough even to press vinyl and because the pressure cannot be adjusted manually, it means it's completely useless. I bought this machine for pressing dye sublimation and htv, and it doesn't perform well with either. Their customer service is shocking, and they seem very reluctant to do anything about my return. All I want to do is send this item back, so that I can buy a machine that actually works, but instead I just got this reply "Thanks so much for your purchased of our auto heat press and give me a feedback. For these problems, I will contact the person in charge of the factory, and I will reply to you as soon as there is a solution. I sincerely hope you could have a good shopping experience and we are trying to offer you the best service. We have been continuously improving the quality and service all the time and hope you could understand" What does this even mean? Just send me a return form, so I can get rid of this useless machine!!
