Not a scam but a waste of money
Not a scam but a waste of money. Service was sloppy, over-promised and under-delivered, and their service resulted in negative profit for the only time in my account's history. I entered a 3-month contract and have just taken back control of my account and am seeing what they did. Targetted extremely irrelevant KWs resulting in over 300% ACOS, lowered bids on high-performing targets that were achieving 20% acos, and generally mismanaged and disorganized, reactionary approach to managing my PPC. Also consistently about 2 weeks late to complete a task they had discussed on our bi-weekly call. Like I said - they're a legit company and the software is fine but I would never advise anyone to pay for their managed services.
