Terrible customer service
Lords is a well thought out game, including how to get you to spend money. I have 2 accounts, one of which I have spent a considerable sum of money on. I wanted to move the accounts to different email addresses. The account where I spent no money was done pretty much straight away. The other account is now 6 months later and I have been told I can't prove I am the owner despite providing payment records, travel records, creation information, account details, etc. The customer service does not appear to read the content of emails sent to them. The complaint email address never responded. I would seriously recommend not spending money on this game. Should you ever want to do anything with your account, the so-called service will be obstructive and not at all helpful. Shame that the service has totally ruined my experience.
