Utterly disappointed. The bugis retail store told me the shoe design doesn't made in size 40 when it does as I checked online after I left the store. HQ customer service offered an exchange but bcos I didn't take the shoebox from the shop, end up pazzion withdrew the exchange and said unable to exchange because I do not have the shoebox.
