Mixed bag here. The upshot is this has cost me much more than it should have, product wasn't the colour advertised, and I probably won't use them again. The initial bridesmaids dresses sent were in a much duller material than the product page indicates. Hands up, we got one of the sizes wrong (standard sizes), so I sent it back for an exchange. Process was relatively easy, and I got the refund. The new dress didn't match in colour to the old one, was actually closer to the product description. This was a month before the wedding, and there are huge lead times on the delivery. Panic. Had a chat with an online advisor who said the would accelerate the order. Requested the brighter shade be used. A few more ticket chats later and I had also agreed to hold onto the two dresses I did have just in case there was a delay and I had to go with non-matching dresses. All good. New ones turned up in time the week before the wedding. Back to the old, duller colour, but they both fitted. Had to snip a couple of threads off where they were showing on the front. But my main angst here is that I have now spent £205 on two dresses when my original expenditure was £172, and the colour wasn't as advertised. The girls wore them, it wasn't a huge issue colour-wise, but the whole thing has caused a lot of stress. I keep being offered complimentary vouchers to make it all better, but I won't be buying again so that's a bit hollow. As I say, mixed bag. Make up your own minds, and get the sizes right first time!!
