Great customer service - lousy logistics
I placed 3 different orders for 4 adaptors and a tripod. The tripod arrived within 7-10 dates, but the adaptors never did, the tracking stopped once the packages hit my local countries. I contacted K&F a few times and always received an answer within 24 hours. After 2 months of waiting for the adaptors K&F suggested a full refund for the adapters, which was processed within 2 days. In short - great customer service -but the logistics side needs work. PS: Tripod is great quality and value for money.
