Strong Recruiting, Some Support Gaps
I’m updating my review because Bruntwork did ultimately step in and take care of the issues we were having. The process started off well, and the staff member we worked with was very good. Bruntwork also seems strong on the recruiting side, which was one of the positives of the experience. There were some communication and account support issues along the way that made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. At times, it was difficult to get timely responses or clear follow-through, especially once questions and concerns came up. That said, they did eventually address the situation, and I appreciate them making it right. Overall, I’d say Bruntwork is strong at recruiting and finding good talent, but the account support experience could be more consistent. Four stars.
