I have been working with nubway since 2022 , a lot of things must have changed because their customer service is so bad now . I have spend so much money with their company and literally referred everyone to them from Vegas . I use to teach laser . Anyway They sold me a faulty lamp and won’t reply to my request to refund . Will not stop messaging you only when they want to sell but when it comes to helping they ghost you and don’t help . It’s disappointing. They sold me a lamp that wasn’t working properly and burnt my client .
