Great customer service!
I ordered a couple of bras from 5econds and waited patiently for them as I know this is not amazon overnight delivery. When my order arrived one of the bras had a defect. I let Alex know and he told me he would ship me a replacement. It was another month wait but I did receive my replacement and it was perfect. Thank you for your great service.
