Confident career transition mid-pandemic.
I participated in the JobSauce's Dream Job Coaching Program and it is the works! I was hesitant to enroll initially because I work at a university with a career center and have attended numerous sessions on how to network, polish LinkedIn profiles, etc.. I am extremely satisfied now that I have completed their program. I began working with the JobSauce pre-pandemic and was interviewing for positions as shut downs took place. I don't think I would have had the will to follow through while WFH with a toddler if it wasn't for my coach. Her calm guidance gave me the confidence to move forward, continue building my network and land a job. I was able to not only get a new job, but to make a career transition with my coaches support. The individualized plans and personal attention make all of the difference. I will take the lessons learned from this program with me throughout my career. Thanks to the program I am a more confident and savvy networker, negotiator and overall professional. Invest in yourself!
