Where do I even begin? The whole process of initial contact right through to the aftercare has been PHENOMENAL! Burak was soooooo helpful and patient with us pre-op whilst we were still in Australia and never hesitated to answer any of the MILLION questions and concerns we had. He made us feel so comfortable in our decision to book. From the moment we arrived in Istanbul, everything was so seamless from our airport transfer (Omër we LOVE you!) to all the pickups and drop offs to our appointments. We ALWAYS had an interpreter with us which made things so easy when communicating with Turkish staff at the clinics and hospital. The hospital looked and felt like a 5 star hotel, you would NEVER get anything to that standard in a hospital here in Oz, not even in a private hospital. Dr Baran Kul is the most LOVELY, patient and genuine surgeon I’ve ever met. He didn’t rush us when we first met him and took his time to listen to us, and explain EVERYTHING in so much detail, even drawing examples of what to expect etc. Our surgeries (hubby and I both had surgery) went perfectly and I am now 13 days post op and my results are better than I could’ve EVER imagined! My aftercare nurse Nupel was an absolute GEM, and took the best care of me, and still does even after I’ve arrived back home. She’s always answering any questions I have and giving me all of the advice and information I need to maintain the best results. The amount of girls who have already gone and booked with him and who are in the process of getting quotes all because of my results is unbelievable. This surgery has been absolutely LIFE-CHANGING for me especially and I am so so thankful to Dr Baran Kul and his team for making this such an amazing experience! I’m already planning my next surgery with him for next year 😆
