DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is incredible, and certainly not in a good way! I ordered a pair of Bluetooth ear phone receivers back in April. Here it is July 14th and nothing has arrived. I have written to customer service complaining (and asking them to cancel the order) at least 5 times; the same person sends me the same friendly form letter each time, saying the problem is Covid-19 based and the product has been shipped. B.S. I am being lied to; what legimate company management would allow this to happen? I have asked customer service to send me the name of the president of the company or the name/email address of his/her manager. Yeah, right. . . Same form letter arrives, no other response. How can these people stay in business?? How can anyone with any conscience work for them? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! With any luck, they'll be out of business soon.
