Horrible relationship manager for privilege banking
I was a large depositor first with OUB until UOB took over, my privilege banking relationship manager was good he never push me to go into risky securities until my last relationship manager Cynthia Sun, when I refused to move my fixed deposit into securities she actually told me to move my deposit to another bank, I have never had a bank told me to take my money elsewhere, she is so rude she is in the wrong career banking is a service business they don’t manufacture anything but take care of other’s people money, but it might not be entirely her fault, is the culture at UOB, arrogance, needless to say I am out of there.
