I’m extremely disappointed!
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. When I placed my order for Cube Pocket Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard with Touchpad, Oman was listed as one of the countries eligible for shipping. However, after completing the purchase, I received an email from the NILLKIN support team informing me that they could not ship the product to my country and asking me to provide an alternative shipping address. To resolve the issue, I arranged for the package to be sent to a freight forwarding company in Hong Kong, Aramex. After the package arrived, Aramex requested that NILLKIN complete a standard Battery Declaration Form required for shipping lithium battery products. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups over the course of a week, NILLKIN eventually replied that they were unable to complete such forms. As a result, the package has remained in the Aramex warehouse, and I have now been informed that it will be destroyed in two days if the required documentation is not provided. This entire situation has been a waste of both my time and money. It could have been avoided if the product had not been offered for shipment to Oman in the first place, or if I had been informed of the shipping restriction before completing my purchase.
