Committed to good service
Having ordered a special travel set for an important family birthday I needed to ensure I received it on time for the occasion. Speaking to Gaby a couple of times for this purpose was both helpful and reassuring confident that my deadline would be met. I am grateful to her for delivering on time as promised. That friendly personal commitment is worthy of commendation.
