Terrible customer support
The device is okay. However their "customer service" SUCKS BIG TIME. On july 8th, I received an email that there was an issue with billing info on my acct. I contacted billing who told me no issues and everything was fine and I should ignore that email. Two days later, device stops functioning. Tech support says it is suspended due to a billing issue. Funny how my credit card shows a charge from spytec on July 14th. Meanwhile their USELESS tech "support" says device is still suspended due to a "billing issue". . With this issue STILL unresolved by either their idiotic tech support or their idiotic billing dept, I took action. Canceled my credit card so they can't charge me anymore. I am done with these morons.
