my last time buying from FWD
this is wil be my last time buying or promoting your travels policies. i had a bad experience with your staff, Gia. only claiming what i need to but was declined. a death in the family disrupted my travels plan. All flights were full, and i have to use to my miles and cash to book for a return trip due to my mum's funeral. All, please use other travels policies if you dont want to go thru this experience with Gia. The whole process is taking up my time really, next time just go straight to the point.
