Bad support
I have an AL26 bike, and it no longer works. It shows multiple error codes, and the front light has burned out and started smoking. Your customer support has been very poor. It takes a long time to receive any response, and when I finally do, I only receive a picture of some error codes without any proper explanation or solution.
