Returns/exchanges
In the first purse I got (Doris) the snap area would not stay closed with a pair of glasses in place. Company does not cover return postage so I spent about 1/3 of the purchase price returning it. Second item Althea is fabulous. Wish the company deducted return postage from return. Commercial rate is so much less than what I had to pay
