My 1st order shipped and it's in the US…
My 1st order shipped and it's in the US already. My second order I paid extra shipping to get it delivered a certain time and I told Bella before 24 hours after ordering that if they were unable to deliver in that time frame to cancel my order. It's been almost 12 days since I placed my order my order hasn't shipped and she won't refund me my money without taking 30% because it's the policy. Which the policy says you can cancel within 24 hours. At this point I just want my money back and I will never order anything else from them that I need before a certain time. I will do a update when my 1st order arrives. I ordered that on the 1st with flat rate shipping. Update: I just received my 1st items today Aug 3rd and the items does look like picture and the site is real. They need a lot of work on customer service tho because they suck. Now waiting on my 2nd package which was ordered on July 8th with standard shipping
