I had a problem with my Ironclad watch but am pleased to report Kristine and the team at Axios were fantastic about it from start to finish. They arranged shipment of the old watch back to Singapore and sent out a replacement straight away. Extremely professional and very well done!
There’s no question - it’s a beautiful watch. The battery reserve doesn’t appear to be as long as advertised but to me this isn’t a show stopper. What was disappointing was the quality of the band. I’ve had the watch for less than a month and have already had problems with the clasp and had the pin fall out of one of the links. This is a real let down, particularly as it’s an easy thing to address. Watch bands are commodities and Axios needs to review their sourcing partner for this component ASAP.
