Doubt at first but delighted in the end
Firstly, I rarely write reviews but as I would like others to be at ease I'll be genuinely honest about my transaction with Giztop. I bought a Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro which is impossible to find in Europe from the website. After my order, I received an email stating that the 256GB version in White had been out of stock and I was offered an alternative. I paid extra then to receive the white 512GB version and this was processed within a few days after. It took a little over a week (due to chinese dragonboat festival) to receive my tracking number and I was reassured by a kind lady named Jessica that she will ensure my phone will be shipped. After the chinese bank holiday which lasted a few days, I was able to track my phone on 4px which took around 7 days to reach Spain and another 5 from there on to reach my home. It took again a few days for 4px to refresh, so I thought the phone hadn't been shipped until a few days later when I received multiple updates at once. I genuinely thought this is impossible for it to reach me within 12 days in current covid situation and I was not familiar with the website before purchase so I expected something may probably be dodgy. Well, I was proven completely wrong. The phone arrived in immaculate condition, exactly the one I had ordered and shipping was fast! Also to mention the communication with Jessica was flawless and I received replies very quickly (bare in mind time difference between continents). I am deducting a star because when I first ordered the product wasn't available even though availability was stated on the website but if you can work on this you will earn 5 stars in the future. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you
