I switched from another provider to Databasemart during their Black Friday special. I have found their website very helpful and easy to navigate when I have a problem accessing my VPS. On the occassions where I have had problems I couldn't figure out what was wrong and sent in a support ticket, they were able to fix the problem in a few hours.
