I will never order anything in that shop
English version below. Wer bei diesem Shop etwas bestellt muss wissen, dass die Versandkosten zunächst nur geschätzt sind. Einige Zeit nachdem man die Bestellung bezahlt hat, werden zusätzliche Versandkosten gefordert. Dadurch sind die zunächst günstigen Preise meist nicht mehr konkurrenzfähig. Besonders ärgerlich wird es, wenn durch die zusätzlichen Versandkosten Beträge überschritten werden und dadurch dann Steuern und ggf. Zoll anfallen. Da in den Bedingungen auf die zusätzlichen Versandkosten hingewiesen wird, ist das eigentlich zu akzeptieren, aber dennoch ein bedenkliches Geschäftsgebaren. Zähneknirschend habe ich die zusätzlichen Versandkosten bezahlt und dann sehr sehr lange auf meine Ware gewartet. In der Sendungsverfolgung war zu erkennen, dass die Ware wohl kreuz und quer durch China geschickt wurde, um letztendlich wieder bei ebuy7 zu landen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir dann auch bestätigt, dass die Ware wieder dort sei. Nun sollte ich nochmal, d. h. zum dritten mal Versandkosten bezahlen, damit man mir die Ware dann zuschicken kann. Wie arm ist das denn. Ich werde nichts mehr bezahlen und auch nichts mehr bei diesem fragwürdigen shop bestellen. Einfach nur frech und nicht kommunikationsfähig. In the shipment tracking, it could be seen that the goods were probably being sent back and forth across China in order to end up at ebuy7 again. When I asked, I was then confirmed that the goods were back there. Now I should again pay shipping costs (for a third time) so that the goods can then be sent to me. How poor is that? I will not pay anything anymore and I will not order anything from this questionable shop. Just cheeky and unable to communicate.
