COMPLETE WASTE OF £30
I ordered a "Magical Christmas Night Light" from this company. I was led to believe from the advertisement that I was buying something truly special and intended to give it to my grandchildren as a pre-Christmas gift. It was £30.00, and for that price, I think most people would expect something quite well made. When it arrived, I was very disappointed. It is cheaply made and very flimsy. The lights which are supposed to project a magical Christmas scene around the room, are nothing like the images shown in the advertisement. I could have bought a much better version from M&S and had a free tin of biscuits at the same time! I contacted the customer services department and was instructed to upload photos of the item, packaging etc. Only then to be informed that if I wish to return the item, I would have to pay the postage to China and it could take up to a month to arrive. The shipping costs with tracking would cost as much as I paid with no guarantee of a refund at the end of it. Emily ( customer services ) suggested that I donate the light to a charity shop. If I could give a zero stars review I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
