I ordered 2 Nereides brand watch bands after receiving the previous order successfully. However, the second time they sent 2 watch bands from a totally different company called Ultimal that did not look at all like what I ordered. When I tried their service email and the email listed on the home page lancef@thenereides , I got no response and the lance email does not even exist. No chance to exchange or return for refund.
