Disingenuous returns policy
I ordered three items. Two are lovely so have given 2 stars, but I want to return one. I followed the instructions and I've just opened this email response. I know exactly what's coming, weeks of fruitless communication where they will try and wear me down so I just give up and keep the item I dont want. I'm so cross I forgot to check here before purchasing!! "Dear customer, Hello. We are sorry that our products do not fit you well. Maybe we could find another solution to settle the issue. Would you like to exchange it for other items at the same price? Are there any other items you like? Please feel free to advise. Please don't return to the address on the package, which is the transit center of your local post office, we can't receive the package with that address and we will not be responsible for the loss of the package. Looking forward to your reply."
