ordered transmission on February 7th…
ordered transmission on February 7th after 3 weeks i started calling many many times, talk to Jen (20 to 30 times) she says will have tracking number tomorrow the next week it will be the end of the week in the middle of April finally get a tracking number. Check tracking number (nothing) finally 8 days later get a transmission (lasted one week). They tell me I will get a lifetime warranty when i receive transmission it says 5 year warranty which is fine (if you stand behind it) but evidently does not mean anything if you don't honor the warranty. l talk to Jen on the 4th of May and she says it is probably the solenoids will send them (and pay partial install charge) asap, two weeks later no solenoids. Solenoids finally arrive & pay to put them in and same PROBLEM. Call and finally talk to Kevin on June 6th got attitude and a sad story of all their troubles, but assured me would be in touch to let me know when my tranny would be finished and shipped. Try to make contact with him or Jen and get put on hold till someone hangs up on me after waiting 30 minutes multiple times. When I called and wanted a refund Jen told me they would only return 80% for some B.S. reason. I called today which is July 23rd ask for Kevin, they put me on hold for 28 minutes get a voicemail box and before it is done it (or someone) hangs up on me. Nice way to run a business- I believe when I call and they hear my name they ignore my call. So at this point they have had my $1000 since feb. 7th and NO transmission NO refund and NO reimbursement for labor on solenoid install. So at this point I'm out $1500 - 6 months no vehicle and NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE! I NEED A REFUND SO I CAN GO GET A TRANSMISSION AT A REPUTABLE PLACE and move on with my life. (UPDATE PER atransmissions response) Kevin,(or whom ever wrote the response to my review) has never contacted me as they said in response to my comments and I have tried to call them 3 times since I wrote review and now get left on HOLD till phone HANGS UP, just more UNFULFILLED PROMISES! There is a REASON for your 3 STAR AVERAGE reviews and if this is how your company is run you won't be in business for too much longer. (UPDATE 8/17/2020) STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER COME THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY TELL YOU. Called this morning about my refund that was supposed to be coming for the last 3 weeks and now tell me I have to pull the transmission and send it back to them so they can make sure it is their trans. Why would I do that when everything they said is a lie I would be out everything I have paid $1000 trans. $400 to replace it, $120 to put useless solenoids in (never reimbursed for as they said) plus paying to take it out, ( which I am going to have to do any way $200) shipping, plus 7 months of not having my vehicle, and still have to GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE to PURCHASE A TRANSMISSION and pay to have it put in. So all in all I WILL BE OUT $3000 + {LIFE LESSON} STAY AWAY FROM THIEVES AND LIARS} THESE PEOPLE ARE BOTH!!!!!
