Best Customer Service Ever
I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas. He’s a marine veteran and I thought he would love one of the jackets. Turns out I pick out the wrong jacket. His preference is a lot different than mine 😊. I told my husband I would try and return the jacket, was there one he liked better. Unfortunately the choices that were available were out of his taste range. So email this company in hopes of getting a refund. They were willing to do a refund but offered to replace the jacket with one my husband would like. I would love to say a very big Thank you to Lisa! She was such a nice person to deal with. This company went out of their way to accommodate my husband. My customer service experience with them far exceeded anything I have experienced thus far!! ABOVE AND BEYOND normal customer service. I give them 15 🌟 Thank you, thank you!
