Shady subscription to 'Uzzle Game Club' tactics
Games are fine, the Shady way they auto subscribe you to their 'Game Club' is garbage. The cancelation policy, once you find it, says you can cancel by 'Logging into your customer account and clicking Manage Subscription', but i have yet to find how to log in to my customer account. it also says you can cancel by 'Clicking the Cancel Subscription link in any subscription email', well i only have one email that would be considered a 'subscription email', and it doesn't have a cancel link on it that i can find. So i have sent an email to both help and support and hopefully they will actually cancel as i requested.
