If this is the same Steven, he's worked on servers I've had over, what...10 years now? (it seems like it anyway). He's always prompt, always polite, always willing to answer all my questions and explain how I can handle things myself while saying "If you're not comfortable, let us know and we'll do it" (paraphrased of course). He took care of our issue quickly and I've been able to tell my friends that playtime is back on. Everyone is great at Survival, but it seems poor Steven gets stuck with me a lot. I appreciate his help more than I can articulate.
